In October, the city of Kurgan, Kurgan, in the southern part of Tajikistan, has had some chills. An endless urban cotton plantation outside the city, mature cotton is just like the snow that has just fallen, more than a dozen large modern cotton harvesters are busy in the field.

At the same time, a modern textile mill near the city of Dangala, Tajikistan, roars, and the high-grade yarns produced here are being sent to all parts of the world. Cotton plantations and textile mills are projects invested and built by Xinjiang Zhongtai (Group) Co., Ltd. (Zhongtai Group).

In 2014, in order to implement the “One Belt, One Road” initiative and the “going out” strategy of enterprises, Zhongtai Group and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps jointly launched the Sino-Thai New Silk Road Tajikistan Agricultural Textile Industrial Park Project, relying on Xinjiang's many years of cotton textile industry, location, Technical advantages and Tajikistan's environmental, market, and human resources advantages, to create a modern cotton industry base in the local area, to promote the local cotton industry, and help Tajikistan's economic development.

In just three years, the industrial park has turned from a blueprint to a reality. At present, Zhongtai New Silk Road Textile Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as Zhongtai Textile Factory), Zhongtai Agricultural Industry Co., Ltd. and Jingu Agricultural Company have settled in China, investing 1.1 billion yuan, and have formed cotton cultivation, processing and sales. Industry chain.

Xiao Ruixin, chairman of Zhongtai Textile Factory, told the reporter that due to the large temperature difference between day and night, the cotton fiber produced in this area is fine, high in strength and low in sugar content. However, due to the backwardness of planting technology and the aging of agricultural machinery, local farmers' cotton cultivation is basically based on daily food, and the yield benefit is very low. Chinese companies have advantages in cotton planting technology, deep processing and funding. The establishment of the textile industry park by Zhongtai Group is to take advantage of both sides.

From the beginning of the project, the construction of the industrial park was strongly supported by the Tajik government. In the direction of the tower, Zhongtai Agricultural Industry Co., Ltd. and Jingu Agricultural Company provided cotton for 220,000 mu and 180,000 mu of land, respectively. These land used to be cotton fields and later became ridiculous. The precision planting, precision fertilization, and mechanized cotton planting techniques of Chinese companies have subverted the concept of cotton planting by local people. Local farmers have replanted cotton, and the local economy has benefited greatly from the large expansion of cotton planting area.

In the ginning factory, a local cotton farmer named Lazoda was very happy with a thick banknote that had just been sold out of cotton. He said that the local textile mills are small in scale, and manufacturers often buy cotton in debts. When the Chinese company's textile mills sell cotton, they can get the money. Now the locals send the cotton here.

The textile mill, not far from the ginning factory, spins the spinning wheel, and the lint from the ginning factory is making high-grade yarn here. In August of this year, the first phase project of Zhongtai Textile Factory with an annual output of 60,000 spindles was completed and put into production. Relying on Tajikistan's high-quality cotton and the advanced equipment of Zhongtai Textile Factory, the high-grade yarn produced here is in short supply, and the product has been ordered before it has been offline.

Xiao Ruixin said that Zhongtai Textile Factory has advanced the world from the factory design to the main equipment. The Zhongtai Textile Factory has improved the textile equipment level of Tajikistan for 30 years. The Zhongtai Textile Factory will also build a weaving, printing and dyeing and garment workshop, which will bring a tax of 100 million yuan to the Tajik government every year and provide thousands of jobs to the local government, which will greatly promote the local economic development.
